You mean LS120/LS240 SuperDisks as per:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SuperDiskBlast from the past ...
I used to see these drives all over the place ...
The SuperDisks themselves won't work in a regular MPC2000XL floppy drive.
The SuperDiskDrive might though and thus, possibly; would support the SuperDisk media.
The ATAPI LS120/LS240 SuperDisk drive might work ok as it supports the standard ATAPI command set.
The EIDE LS120/LS240 SuperDisk drive is unlikely to work, so avoid it.
Have never tested an ATAPI LS120/LS240 SuperDisk drive in the MPC2000XL, however; as the ATAPI variant is both electrically and command interface similar then you are unlikely to break anything by trying.
Like an MCD card reader or ZIP drive; the ATAPI LS120/LS240 SuperDisk drive would have to be connected to the MPC2000XL ATAPI port.
Good luck.
Rohan.
