chop sample & create program on PC/MAC?

Hey all,

I remember a while back reading about a utility you could use to create programs for your MPC from your PC or MAC. Meaning, you can chop samples in a software program, create a program & assign sounds on your computer & bring the program & sounds into the MPC afterwards. Is there such a thing? I finally have a computer and am hoping there's a quick, easy way to do this.

Any help would be appreciated.

MPC Editor is what i use to make my programs for my MPC 2000xl. Its a great tool to use. I would buy the full version the the trial. You have more editing tools for your samples.

Found the answer. EXS24 is a part of Logic & does this. Thanks for the replies.
