on the mpc say if i did a 2bar loop is there a way that i can copy and paste that sample to make it a 3 and 4 bar loop so i wouldnt have to retrigger the sample again? so it would hit at the same point? i know my asr-10 has this function and its called append. each time you hit append it has how many bars and it adds whatever bars you put in plus copies the samples for you. thanks

select your track > edit > select which bars you want to copy in what seq > select what bar you want to start the copy at and to what seq on the other side
