Walk through of mpc2k w/broken screen (want to test it out)

I have an mpc2k w/badly lined screen and want to test its audio outs. Can anyone walk me through loading the preset patch on the os disk? I tried to use my mpc1k as a guide but to no avail.

think i can help your saying u cant see the screen and need to know what to push to get you to load an os?

Sound. The os auto-loads (I have the factory disc, it loads when it starts, and I can barely make out the main track screen). I just want a walk through of loading the tutorial/preset pgm so I can bang thr pads and test the outs. Any help would be appreciated. Something like, click shift and 3 at the same time, click f1, etc etc because I can't see options like 'do it' and'cancel' due to screen.

The disc is os v1.72 if that makes a difference.

Is there a preset song on the os disc with some (probably) crappy samples that'll autoload? That'd be ideal
