I don't have either, but in my research I have found that it is the exact same board. The EB16!

^^ Word. Same board for the 2000 and the 2000xl. Also works in the s2000. Same for the 8-out board.

Theres a Eb16 (effects board) on ebay here:

As far as new items, ZZounds.com has the 8-out board for 219.95, and the Eb16 for 269.95.
Ive never used the Eb16, but if you have a mixer, the 8 out card is well worth it. It also gives you digital in/out.
