Help saving MIDI keyboard data

Im having a problem, i have a midi keyboard hooked up to my mpc, and i can sequence things and they playback out of speakers on the midi keyboard itself, i am wondering how to transfer that data back onto the mpc so that it can be played through the mpc output and played without the keyboard connected.

sample the keyboard. If not, when you record a sequence on the mpc it saves the midi data to play back, not the sounds. You will have to either turn the keyboard on every time you want to play that sequence or sample the keyboard sounds.
