Is SCSIforSamplers.com Still In Business?

Why yes, I sure am! I've had a bunch of people asking me that lately and I tell them to visit my website and they'll see that we are very much still going strong.

I had planned to scale back at the beginning of this year and I did scale back somewhat but I had so many people contacting me, asking for this drive or that install kit or whatever, the demand for what I do was still so strong that I gave up my plans to scale back and am back at it full force.

Thanks to this forum for letting me set the record straight! And please let me know if I can ever help anyone with any SCSI issues.

Good to see you're still around. Can you please dispel the 2000 classic internal card reader myth once and for all? Have you ever seen a 2000 classic with an internal card reader? Is there any way to install one without soldering?

Yea I know about the destruktiv mod. scsiman here was trying to tell me it could be done without soldering a while ago, and he was trying to sell me an internal CF reader for my classic. I really want to know if it's possible without needing to solder, and whenever I ask nobody seems to know or want to respond.

Lampdog, thank you for the kind words. Fung45, no you cannot hook up an internal SCSI drive inside the MPC2000 very easily. You either have to resolder like the guy did in that linked topic or you have to cut a whole in the rear of the unit and put a ribbon cable through it. Neither way of doing it is very attractive, so I just tell people it's not to be considered an option. If I ever told you otherwise, I apologize.
