How do I organize my folders?

I have saved some samples and sequences and I want to put them into folders.....right now they are all just "there"....and I have to scan down to look at all of them...I just want to organize them.....If someone could walk me through it without giving me the "read your manual" that would be great....I would do that but I can't find it.

I'm a lazy git myself so I never organize anything..... I did try making a folder once, just for the sake of making a folder. I can't remember how I did it tho.. I think you just have to press OPEN WINDOW and make a new folder or something
