Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

Hi. I am new on this forum and i am new in working with mpc, so please i need your help to proceed with my work.
I have mpc 2000 and connected it with midi to korg ms 2000br, so i have few questions about this theme.

Connection goes like this: MPC 2000 MIDI IN 1 -to- KORG ms MIDI OUT
MPC 2000 MIDI OUT A -to- KORG ms MIDI IN

1. I made some drum loop 4 bars (kick, snare, hi..), and when i want to make MIDI TRACK (lets say drum:1A and change program to PGM:1) MPC TURN OFF all drum samples that i had in that loop, and i just have synth sound on pads.
So, when i go SHIFT+PROGRAM, they are all OFF and i must turn them ON manualy and serch them again if i want to play the same loop again with that midi sequence from synth i maded...

2. When i want to make midi sequence i press REC+PLAY and i have, lets say 4 bars loop. It starts from NOW:001.01.00 by pressing SHIFT+PLAY and waiting for counter before start as you know, but when i press the pad to play midi note, he do some kinde of a jump at the beginning of the bar. Like i must pres 20 times at the beginning of first bar so my melodie can be synchronized!!!!

On a new track(not your kick snare hihat) do this:
Change DRUM:1A make it say MIDI:1A.
Press play all.
Play the Korg keys along with your drum loop.
You should hear the Korg (as long as you have both MPC and Korg going to a mixer/interface/speakers.)
Record your MIDI track.

Thats it. Thank you! :)

And, if someone know why cant i play midi note from the beginning of a bar. ( 001.01.00 )
I press pad first time at 001.01.00 and he cut it and second time when i press it remember it on 001.01.48, so basically the midi notes i played must start from 001.01.48 and not from the beginning of that loop.

I hope you understand what i ment to say. :)

Thanks

Insert a blank bar or 2 blank bars at the beginning that will give all the machines time to sync before actual playback/recording starts.
