few mpc2000 questions!!!

if u have a sample connected from a midi source will it spread the sounds amongsts the 16 pads in diff octaves like the later mpc's?

also does the 2000 recognize .wav format?

binger im in montclair man 15mins from newark..i have no problem wit the midi man as far as wat it deos etc hookin it up thats no problem i just wanted 2 make sure a few thangs about teh 2000 b4 i think bout gettin 1...

for the past year i been workin wit fruityloops and i cant stand this shit no longer ...

The old 2000 doesn't have autochromatic... he didn't say if he has an xl or the old mpc2000...
