Quick 2000xl Q

Going to be buying a MPC2000xl off eBay real quick. I want one with a Hot-Swappable card reader tho. All the ones I see seem to be non hot swappable!?

Is the MCD version drive hot swappable??

ALso does the 2000xl have a reverse effect standard or on the Effects card??

Only MPC i have used is the 1000 but couldnt stand the small terrible pads! so I sold that joint.
