Removing the eb16 effects from my 2000 to put in my XL....

Does anyone out there no whether or not it's a relatively simple procedure to remove the effects board from my mpc2000 i would imagine it's not to complicated probably just a matter of taking out the scews unpluggling a cble then pulling the board right?.....i'm getting rid of my 2000 and i'm buying a 2000XL so i just wanna sell the regular 2000 without the board and then get it installed on my new 2000xl....also the eb16 fits both the 2000 & the 2000XL right??? thanks in advanced:?:

you are right. it's very easy to remove (take off the back panel and unscrew the board and take it out of the port). yes it does work on both mpc versions.

Ok...thanks man, but just to be clear you meant take off the top panel right? or did you mean once the top panel is off i have to then take the back one off or will i have access to the board once the tp panel is removed? thanks a gain!
