Miracle Loops...

Has anyone checked this out at http:www.powerfx.com? As far as i can understand, it's a plug in that makes working with loops inside programs like Cubase and Logic easier than ever. Is this anything to have or is it just a gimmick?

It looks like the list police censored my post. Just the same, PowerFX has just released a loop tool that looks kind of interesting and i wanted to get some opinions on it from people i trust before i get involved with it. There's information about it and a free download on the PowerFx site.
