Can you Connect the MPC 2000XL to Ableton 8....

.......and use the pads to trigger sounds? If So.....how do you do it.

I have a Fast Track Pro, I'm just not getting it done. I can hook it up so that Live can be the Master, but for some reason I can't get it where I can use the pads to trigger the sounds in Live.

There are plenty of Ableton users around here, and yes you can use the MPC pads to trigger Live sounds and samples.

Try searching around in the 'Studio Environments' and 'Production Techniques' forums BEFORE you start a new thread.
