Thats right. But wrong at the same time :) Its made for the MPC2000(2000xl) and that is whats so special about. There is NO other way of getting a display for this machine.
Oh wait....you can buy another complete MPC2000 for just a few bucks more. Thats a better solution IMO :)

yeah but the screen on that other MPC might be on it soon to be last leg unlike this brand new screen that has yet to be used

yeah when i bought mine it was around 180 but quickly went up to 220 so thats how much i paid i needed for a mpc 2000 classic that had a line but then i scored on a mpc 2000xl mcd and kept the screen so its still brand new and the one in the mcd is still perfect. but yeah its made for the mpc 2000xl and the people i bought it from told me its because they are limited so thats why they are so expensive
