doesnt have a drive

hello
ok, i have an mpc2000xl it just has hole where the floppy drive would be (i dont know what happened to it ), so i ordered the mcd kit.
i also ordered a disk for it and the disk has the 1.2 operating system on it.
Now the mpc wont recognized the new drive w/o the 1.2 os. i dont have any other floppy or zip or scsi drive. what can i do to get the new os on my mpc

Find a mom and pop computer store and get a cheap floppy. (or look online)

If you have the o.s. on disk it won't kill you to spend a few bucks on the floppy and then unnstall it when the card reader comes in.

theres nothing else bro look on your craigslist and try to find a floppy drive dirt cheap so you can throw the os or maybe a zip but without a drive it wont work and you can use the mcd untill you got 1.2 os on there sorry fam hope you get it figured out

yeah liike i said man best bet would to buy a pc floppy drive install it format a floppy throw in the os on there and boot up with that!***
