why wont my 2k classic power on?`

all i did was install the memory upgrade. i even half way into putting the case back on powered it up to make sure the memory read correctly which it did then powered it down and now my mpc wont turn on at all. what happend and how can i fix this

You may have just knocked the connection lose.Check it.

when i try to power it on it makes a clicking noise its very quiet does that help any

like he said, open it and check the connections make sure you didn't knock anything loose thats causing this.

i checked everything looks good. i think i am going to take it to a repair shop tomorrow. i dont think its much just a loose plug that i cannot figure out or something

Did you check your fuses?

everything checks out as far as being plugged in as far as i can see. i am starting to think its the internal power supply. How would I go about testing it? The actual plug in jack is whats clicking when i power it up like its sending power but the power supply i think isnt reacting to it for some reason. maybe it will be a cheap dyi fix for me
