samples??

got my mp back and ive been chopping samples in wavepad sound editor i saved my chops put them on my zip disk it loads them then says wrong wav format ?? anyone know a programme i can drop my chops into to get them the right format or a way to get em right in wavepad sound editor coz i have no idea all help appreciated and sorry if its a dumbass question

i dont think wave pad has an option to save to that exact file i mean i got pcm uncompressed gives me the 16 bit option but only 4410hz etc etc maybe a differnt programme i could use ?? i used to chop my samples straight from wax but its easyer on an editor. damm this ish be buggin me hard

will do is it a simple drag an drop the sample an resave affair? im just no good with computers lol but thanks for the help man il go download it now hopefully it fixes my troubles i missed my xl and all her wonders

or batch convert

i use CEP and i open and convert batches of sounds into 16 bit44.1.

sometimes you just to redo it cause it wont get read by the mpc,
been dealing with this sometimes when i download files from others.

but cool edit pro does well for me,when this happens thats all i do is open them up in CEP and batch convert

thanks for the advice yall i dropped in audacity and exported them to wav an problem solved. got one more question in trim mode in the 2k is there a way to make my sample continuesly loop like holding down the pad like the 1k does? i havent got a manual for my 2k so i wouldnt know it would be dope if it can so i can get some perfect loops.
