Dont Understand this

Man I have been at my desk working hard trying to figure this MPC out. I have been at it for like 2 straight days and I have barely made progress. I follow the manual but I still dont really get it. Its so confusing.

I know most of you know how I'm feeling when you first started working with the MPC.

Any tips to help me fight through this because I just bought it and dont want to end up selling it. I wanna make music.

To start off how do I slow down the "bar,beat,tick" because when I set it to 2 bars it goes so fast.

you see in the main menu where it says 120? Thats the tempo button. Change this. It will get slower or faster, depending on which direction you turn it. Search youtube for tips on getting started. It`s really not that complicated to make music with the machine it self. Just need to know where to start. Manual should be the startpoint, a phat beat the endpoint...
