My beat starts on the wrong note so it sounds off when it comes on. I need it to begin with the downbeat at 01.04.00. Is there any way of shifting it a little rather than recording the whole thing again?

go to the trim page and select start then move the starting point back to 0

Sorry if I confused you. This isnt a sample I'm working with. I should've said sequenced instead of loop. But yeah, this is something I made in the sequencer, not something I sampled.

Best thing to do is copy the bars you have, so instead of 2 you have 4 bars for example, then shift the timing back the amount to get the downbeat to the begining, then delete bars 3 and 4.

Go into step edit and erase the notes and put it where you want, or go into the time signature and open window, adjust the amount of swing and press do it, you can move any note around, it doesn't have to be only drums.
