CF DRIVE NOT READING CF CARD OVER 1GB WHY?

THERES NOTHING WRONG WITH MY CF DRIVE BECAUSE I HAVE A 1GB CARD WORKING JUST FINE BUT I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 4GB AND 2GB CARD DONT ASK WHY THEY WERE PRACTICALLY GIVING THEM AWAY FOR FREE.. ANYWAY IS THE MPC ONLY DESIGNED TO HANDLE 1GB CARDS? OR IS THERE A SETTING OR SOMETHING IM MISSING..

Yes it is not....
basicly it should be able to read part of them or all of them
but definatly cant write on them if they are more than 1 GB...

some patents are out with 16 GB ability to read.

you can write on more than 1 gb cards but it uses only 1 gb of the card.

i use 2gb sandisks,cause they don´t make 1 gb cards no more.

First off YQM, which MPC do you have?
On my 2000XL with OS 1.14C, I have a Kingston 8GB flash card partitioned (i think its 9 partitions A-I) of 900MB.
