freeware snd to wav converter?

i remember reading theres only one freeware .snd - wav converter, and i can find it. im sick of google (cause it gives me results for the completely different old apple .snd format) and cause im running a 2000 i cant save as wav to edit in my PC.

anyone wanna point me to it i'd be much obliged.

dBConverter or whatever is very handy. intregrates into the explorer shell for right click conversions of any selections of files and directorys. supports many formats.

hmmm. i installed db convertor, and it wouldn't read my .snd files.

i even installed the two plugins that refer to .snd but they didn't work either. damn multiple .snd formats!

Awave works fine, but its not freeware

dB doesn;t recognise MPC files.
