MPC 2000 and Motif rack

Hey all, I'm trying to sequence the sounds from my motif rack to my 2000 by playing the MPC pads. Everything sequences fine but if I have samples loaded on the 2000, they play as well as the sounds in the motif.

Is there a way to turn off the samples on certain tracks so I can use the sounds from both? On the 4000 there is a way to do this. Anyway on the 2000?

I was going to add the motif rack to my setup to play it with the pads as well... PM me and we'll see if I have a soloution for you.

I think on the lower left where it says DRUM: you have to change that to MIDI:1A or whatever midi channel you are using
