Mixer FX settings

I got a question.

I set my samples to go through various different out puts (8 out) and also through different FX channels. When I saved the samples/sequences/song it seemed to drop the settings of the FX i had set up. Everything was back to 'dry' when I tried reloading the song/sequences/samples after powering down.

Is there a way to save the Mixer setting with the program?

I generally save "all programs and sounds," and FX setting do get saved.
