Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

my mpc kills the power in my house when i turn it on..it first died when the fuse blew and now i got a replacement and it kills the power.i changed the power plug and that doesnt work..has the dude given me the wrong fuse?not sure cuz i live in australia and the fuse that was oringinally in there has some xtra numbas at the start of it but im pretty sure its the same..

okay the power isnt cuttin off now its just blowin the fuse..any1 got an idea???????

open the mpc on the bottom and see if your wires are ok around the sockets of the plug and fuse .That is the only thing i would do before take it to service tech .hope it help

yeah i did that and its fine, the fuse is the only thing i can see thats wrong with it

Switch the power socket you are using.

i opened it up and theres only 1 small circuit board with 4 components before the fuse so its gotta be something before the fuse because it keeps blowing

how old is your home? does this happen with any other electrical equipment?

nah its not my house..i tried it at my girls house as well...maybe the wrong fuse????i dunno i gotta take it to get checked out
