"not a 16-bit .wav file :(

how do i convert regular wavs on my PC to 16-bit wavs that my MPC will be able to use.

i just use winamp. its so quick & easy. although i dont know if the newer versions have the .wav writer or not. im still using an old version & i think that feature is why.

or if you have soundforge its easy in there too
