My mpc2k will not boot.
it powers up and then the screen says "boot rom v1.0" (kind of scrambled too)
It doesnt even try to read the floppy.
Ive checked the floppy cable, replaced the drive and re seated the rom's.
The power supply is putting out correct voltages and i have checked them across each board.
I suspect its the boot rom or main board but was wandering if anyone else had
come across this.
everything on it is in good condition even the screen. seems a shame to break it for spares.
