Doubt about Mpc

I saw a business of an MPC on ebay, but it says it needs a new TLC. How not know what it is decided to ask here:)

This one is definitely NOT in the manual.

'TLC' is an american expression meaning 'tender loving care'. The origin is probably the idea of a mother giving a child TLC, but has come to mean anyone giving anything a little love.

Translation - this MPC has been neglected/abused, and they hope someone who cares more about it will make it more useful. Whether this means neglected (as in, sat in a closet for 10 years), or abused (as in, toured heavily for 10 years with cracks and beer inside it), you will have to determine.

Ask for pictures, and ask them if it is 100% functioning. Ask specifically what is wrong with it.

"As Is" usually means, untested, or often not working.
