Card reader not recognized

I have done some searching on the site and was unable to find info regarding my issue - maybe someone can share some insite?

i bought an addonics AEUDMACF card reader and am running os 1.14 on my mpc 2000xl and It only see's floppy, f-rom and scsi - atapi is gone

can someone provide any suggestions? do i need to upgrade OS to 1.20 ? for this drive to be seen?

yeah i think you need 1.2 os. for that reader if it even works. but i didn't see atapi in description on website link in bing for your model. someone will come through with a solid answer. peace and good luck. let me know if it works. becaus ehot swap for that cheap. i'm buying two or three just to store. peace

ok got ver 1.20 on and it isn;t seeing my cards but who knows maybe it is the cards one is an old viking 512mb card and the other is a 128M anmo

the box says ide - plugged right in and lights up

i am wondering if i need the sandisk ultra II card ?

I have verified with Addonics tech support that it is ATAPI...

anyone have a 1gb cf card laying around (sandisk ultra cf) that I could borrow to see if this works - I'll send it right back.. promise
