whats good everybody?
my zip drive died other day and i was thinking of getting an internal hard driver. i dont wanna get an CF reader or something cuz i love floppys but some times i cant fit my beats there. SO what do you u suggest gettin a new zip driver or something else ? im on tight budgettttt

same about me , my zip also keep not functioning my disks can be just not readble with no reason

thinking about scaci HD or card....what you recomend?

if u dont use floppys then def get a card reader !

I use a SCSI HD on th 2k classic daisy chained to a zip after that. the HD seems more relyable but I do use the zip to bounce to computer so I dont have to plug and unplug gear to much.

CF reader could be a good option if you find an external one. I personally wouldn't want to loose the internal floppy but thats just cause I like having different backup mediums.

Yes I am very parnoid about loosing data. I have lost enough HDs over the years to not feel completely safe unless theres some kind of "hard" copy, like a cd or DVD.

Keep in mind that they also dont last forever. Always backup the backup after 5 years or so.
