I Got Scammed!

There was a guy on here who said hell give me thirty dollars off if i buy from him on ebay, i did and he didnt, and he zip drive have no cords! anyways, can u guys suggest a mixer i can get so i can sample off mt technics tt, my budget is 100.

If your budget is $100, just get whatever mixer you can find for $100 2nd hand.

Honestly, $100 is not going to get you much mixer, so it really doesn't matter.

You could save a lot of your money though and just get a phono preamp. They pop up in thrift stores from time to time and are rarely more than $2. Then you can wait til you have at least maybe $200 and try to find a vestax mixer.

But if you are really looking for a mixer for $100, just get whatever you can locally, 2nd hand.

yeah agreed... too bad he didn't have $130 though... that would have made the world of difference!

While you are basically right, don't forget the Behringer brand. I have bought a couple of their mixers that were under $100 and they were always very good quality with many features. I would not hesitate to recommend one of their mixers in the $80 to $100 range - it will get you started and you'll be able to make decent mixes without a lot of noise or distortion.
