There was a way to do this with the 1K but I forgot as I've gotten rid of it for the more classic jawn.
I'm sure someones already brought this glitch to the table but it's sorta neat. You can loop without recording to a sequence.
1.) Assign a looped sample to a particular pad (note off) must be selected (don't really have a choice if it's a looped sample)
2.) In program mode press down the pad assigned to that looped sample.
3.) While the sample is looping execute program mode again to where it allows you to select a different program
4.) Select that drum program
5.) Release looped sample
Like I said, I'm sure someone already mentioned this. If they have..sorry for the spam. Just thought it was a neat lil glitch.
