Memory RAM (Way to see if its working)

Is it possible to check, somehow, if the RAM memories are working correctly?

I think i have some issue related to them, cause sometimes my MPC doesnt passes that Memory screen check at the start.

I've also seen sometimes, on the Recording screen, that my memory says like 32mb, but the graphic line doesn't goes till the end and it gives me like 10 or 20 seconds less to record.

Is there a way to check, even with them removed, with some tool or something if the RAM memories are working 100% ?

if your having trouble with your RAM my advice is to just replace whats in there. two 16MB RAM sticks for MPCs are really cheap these days. your problem could be a number of things though - too old, not properly placed in your akai, dust. my guess is that they are old. its easy to replace if youre careful.

I've done the memory check and both memories passed.

I've opened my MPC tons of times, i've clean her, but sometimes i have some issues.

Maybe i'll do that, buy some new memories. Maybe they're old indeed.

Will be worst if there's an issue with the main board or sum like that.
