scsi cable question???

Hello everyone, I was wondering if there's a difference between the 2000 and the 2000xl scsi cable for external iomega drive? I'm only asking because there's a $23 difference between the two on mpcstuff.com but they look exactly the same.

For an external Zip Drive...

Mpc2000 needs 25 pin to 25 pin (as supplied with new drives)
Mpc2000XL needs 25 pin to 50 pin (half pitch).
