Just trying to sync my 2000xl to Pro Tools via Midi Clock to track out. I've watched a ton of YouTube vids and read every set up article I can find on the web. I'm positive I have it set up correctly but having a strange problem.
When I press play in Pro Tools I see the sequence on the MPC move but no sounds come out of the Main Outs or 1-8 INDIV, only the HEADPHONES?? My beat plays just fine in the headphones...that's how I know the config is right, must be something up with my MPC?
When I of course just press play on the MPC I hear everything from the Main Outs etc.
I have have my ASR set the same way in Pro Tools, that works fine. The weird thing is when I hit stop in Pro Tools, whatever sound it is up to plays through the outs. I have disabled the 8-outs board just in case it was a conflict. The only other thing my brain is thinking is maybe there is a problem with the OS I just upgraded to 1.2 for the card reader, but I doubt that!
Anybody heard of this before or have any insight? Thanks.
