I would suggest to check your cables first, are you using RCAs with 1/4 adapters? check everything in there... if you have another stereo device connect it to your mixer and see if you have stereo sound if not then could be your wires or your mixer itself... don't blame your MPC that fast... also use your headphones with your MP if you have sound on both channels maybe is your L/R outputs and you need to replace the card... but I would try to test the cables first they tend to fail more often than MPs or mixers...

are you using the EB16 fx send on the sounds in question?

Not really clear what you did. You "turn the pan knob". Ok you mean the pan inside the MP or the pan on the mixer (which mixer BTW)?

It may sound dumb- but make sure you plugged in the cable all the way in. If that's good and you still hear it on the right switch right side with left side. Did you here it on the same side? I would too check with the headphones- check to make sure that you can hear left and right in the cans. My MPC's left channel goes out from time to time while I'm working- but i just wiggle it a little bit and it comes right back. I just have been too busy lately to clean and resolder the connections in the pot switch. What kind of mixer-- console or dj?
