Assign effects.

Hello mpc wizards

I try to explain in a very simple mode...
I make a beat with drums, bassline, synth, sample ecc.
I want to assign an effect to each of these, for example I want to equalize the drums, the bass and the synth differently.
IT IS POSSIBLE? (please tell me yes! )
PS: eb-16 is dope.

No this isn't possible.
The EB16 has 2 FX paths. You can route every pad to ONE of these paths. But still there are only 2 different FX paths.
Not really usable for deep mixing but you can for example setup the EQ of M1 to cut high freq. and raise the lows a bit and set the EQ of M2 to the opposite. Route hihats, cymbals and such to M2 and Bassline, Kick etc to M1.

i guess that it's also impossible to run two program on the same track right? I'm tryin to bypass this s**t

yeah you can always run your outs into your daw and add effects afterwards ... i also just chop samples in my daw then run them into the mpc and it comes out ok some time

how are the effects in your opinion on the eb-16? i really wanna cop one, rigth now i use an sp404sx for effects (also to make beats with, its real dope for loopin shyt up). but im not a huge fan of the reverb in the 404, it sounds kinda synthetic..id love to be able to add some reverb right in the box...hows the eb-16 reverb?
