I sure have! But the real question is, does any one on this forum have one?

Yes, I do - only bought it recently so still working everything out. but it sounds really warm and it's pretty versatile.

There was one on ebay like last week. If you get it you will be happy because at under $400 it is a bargain. It is stereo. The moog equivalent is gonna be mono and cost more. Analog filters are lovely because of the warmth. However nowadays you can get away with many of the regular filters on some of these newer pieces of hardware, so that money could be spent on other gear.
After much deliberation I would rather have the Moog Minitaur bass synth and use it's filter.
I am kind of shocked that he price on the MFC has not gone way up. It's not the sp1200 but it sounds warm enough and is just a vintage.
cheers,
Ian

I've still got the MFC (and those brackets!), but the XL is long gone.

I have both (and the filter queen also).
I like them all but I would say the Akai is by far the best sounding out of the three and most versatile too.
