Upgrading OS with Zip 100

How do I format the zip for OS 1.20? Someone is sending me the disk, So can't get it wrong..

Do I format the zip with FAT
The just place the 1.20 .BIN file straight onto the disk nothing else

Sorry, Stupid question you probably think, But i've never done it before and i'm getting the disk posted so I only have one chance.

Format with FAT or just format in the MPC, that way you can't go wrong. Make sure you unzip the file then just put the "MPC2KXL.BIN" file onto the Zip.
