DOES ANYONE KNOW OF ANY VIDEO'S OR KNOW HOW TO SYNC A TASCUM US-1800 WITH A MPC 2000XL?

What are you talking about mate?

You can't 'sync' an MPC2000XL with an audio interface.

I had a similar set-up briefly (still have the XL...3 of them for some reason). I'm just curious if you are actually referring to using your XL's transport (connected to the US-1800 via MIDI) to control the Cubase LE5 software that probably also came with the interface?

I used to own the smaller US-800 but ditched it due to 64-bit driver issues. However, I still use the XL to control Cubase, occasionally. What exactly are you trying to do, and with what software?
