honk! but the storage on the 1000 would be nice..........

and the usb port could come in handy

and boy is it compact.

I tried one at Guitar Center a while ago... The thing was having bugs as I hit the pads... Literally it had a click on a sample and didn't trigger a sample in front of my eyes...

Just another Akai product rushed into completion to beat competitors out...
