Help Please! Card Reader trouble!

I got 1.2 os loaded in my mpc 2000xl. I bought a card reader from mpc stuff.com a couple of years back. The Rohs Compliant card reader. It has the flat ribbon with black & red wire attached. There are 3 little lights. Only light comes on is the green light on far right of the reader. I plug it up device only shows floppy scsi 1-7 and flash rom. I click flash rom nothing happens. I can't load or save nothing. Should this say atapi?

yes. try more cards.

My card reader is working! Make sure to use 1gb Sandisk. Only with the 1.2 os! Happy New Year! Back to making beats and saving them!

You can format 2GB Sandisk ones at 1GB too. They're actually easier to find and usually cheaper than the 1GB ones.

Thanks for the info. Matter of fact i got a 2gb Sandisk Ultra also. How do you format the card into 1gb?
