MPC 2000xl wont boot!!

What up folks. So i just bought a 2000xl but something is wrong. It gives me a blank screen with all the lights turned on.

Am I missing something here??

I suggest opening it up and making sure all connectors are seated properly... ie: disconnect all cables and ribbon connectors and then re-connect them. Then give it a shot.
