Sensor pads stopped working over night, any help?

So here's the deal,.. Everything worked great, but the up button so I figured If I'm going to open it up, might as well buy new pads. Got the fat pads but now after all this my sensor pads aren't fuctioning. I did everything by the book, any help for this Caveman would be greatly appreciated or somewhen I can get a diagnostic

have you visually inspected for loose connections ?

I checked all the connections Made sure everything was the same as when I opened it. Have any suggestions do you think I should re solder the Sensor pad connection?

There's a good chance you damaged the pad sensors when fitting the pads, if nothing is loose. Is it all the pads not working or just a row or column of them?
