mpc 2000xl starting problems

I have problems in the beginning of the mpc 2000XL, is the blank pantaya x several minutes, sometimes starts, sometimes not ...
if I remove the memory reader device from the IDE cable desaparese problem .... someone please help me!! Thank you!!

tengo problemas en el inicio de la mpc 2000xl, queda la pantaya en blanco x varios minutos , aveces arranca , aveces no...
si quito el dispositivo lector de memorias desde el cable IDE este problema desaparese.... alguien que me ayude por favor !!!! Gracias !!!!
