You load the bin, but sys needs to be there too.
MPC2000XL only use .BIN file, is the 2000 Classsic which needs both...

Latest version for the MPC2000XL is v.1.20 not 1.14, anyways try to turn off your MPC, turn it on back again, try to load the file again but make sure you have latest version 1.20 instead.
