Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

I got my mpc off ebay almost a month ago, but noticed the rotary and variation slider didn't work. So I ordered the replacement parts from mpcstuff and tried to solder it on myself. Looks easy in the videos. But I eventually had to send it to mpcstuff and they repaired it. Now I got the board back put all the screws back and now I have zero sound. What should I look for when I take it apart? Oh and the sound worked beforehand

double check all your cables. make sure none of the oins in the cables and internal plugs are bent or broken. some of the internal pins can be quite fragile.

without seeing it thats about the best i can suggest. good luck!

Everything is intact. When I Go to the record screen, the levels are past the halfway mark and this is with nothing plugged in. When I switch to digital, the meters go haywire. Even with just headphones in, I hear NOTHING. I've had the unit for almost 3 months and haven't been able to use it. I'll sell it for parts or as is :(
I can talk pics if you'd like just let me know while its still unscrewed

Soon as I figure out how post em. I took some of the board and the expansion board as well. I emailed the guys at mpcstuff today, just waiting on a response.
