I love the workflow on my MPC, I seem to be able to work much faster than I can on a DAW. However the one bottleneck that seems to slow me down the most is when I am working on editing the start positions of zones.
I select the zone, then I have to move the cursor to the start position and adjust the slice, then 'tap-tap' right, back to the zone selection.
Ideally I want to be able to stay with the cursor focused on the start position and use a shortcut to select zones. If I could redesign to OS it would perhaps be the locator buttons on the transport.
Have I overlooked something? Is there a quicker way to do this?
