Akai CD Rom transfer to Zip Drive...SOMETHING GOES WRONG!!!!

THERE IS SOMETHING HORRIBLY flowers WRONG!!!

so i'm trying to get the sounds from the Akai CD rom library disc that comes with the mpc on to my zip drive. i click and drag on the MPC2000XL_DRUMS into my zip drive. eject the zip then install in my external zip drive connected to the mpc.
when i go to load the pgm. file it's saying:

CAN'T FIND FILE!!!
what the flowers is happening?!
is it cuz it's a pgm file? individual wav. files are loaded with no problem... but not pgm. will this be solved with pgm file maker program?
did i just answer my stupid flowers question? am i an asswholed of beatmaker?

Bad news blues........... Yeah I remember those nights of doing that. listen you cant just drag and drop. you have to rename(no more that 8 characters) then drag then drop. Also you have to make sure that the program name is under the same guidelines. also samples in the folder must be of this guideline as well. Visit www.mpc2000xl.com for a complete run down
