Help needed so bad

Ok i got the startech cF card reader and 1gb sandisk card. When i first got it i hooked it up quick and it worked atapi. Working fine. Formatted my card, This is when when it got bad. I had to leave for work i disconnected everything as when i can in from work i had to mount it to the mpc ...

I drilled holes in the drive to mount it

Now when i hook it up it freezes on blank screen

When i disconnect the reader ide and molex it starts fine

Whats the correct way to hook this up. Have i put the cables in wrong ?

I know the card reader worked

But now just a blank screen

Nobody can tell you what you did.

I know a guy who was there when it happened.

Make sure that the IDE cable is oriented correctly, so that it connects pin 1 on the MPC mainboard to pin 1 on the card reader.
